Yep and you are exactly correct ... However have you notice the trading. When a sell comes in a buys soon folows. This is refered to as crossing. Someone is buying up the inventory of 144. The crossover does not appear to want to pay more than .20 ..

But that is my opinion. It will lay here at this lievel until the inventory is sold. This is making the stock liquid.
