Thanks for the post, RTev. I am not sold on the merits of IMing, but I know some people like it. It's good to know that MSFT is still in "development mode" regarding MSN. I think they could do some amazing things with it if they could just clarify and execute a vision. The volume in MSFT today is terrible. It's actually worse than that. This afternoon should get very interesting... Teflon
