I called my local Aetna office at 80 Lamberton Road

They refused to give me the name and address of the
Fraud Inspection Department.

For all I care the kid can stay on my policy. It cost me nor my boss any extra in premium.

But I don't understand how a company can refuse to hear a complaint that would benefit Aetna.

Very odd.
