Nliten-

You gotta cut out the caffeine and MSG.

I invite you to look at the performance of BB stocks that have done reverse splits. The reverse happens. The price drops. In fact, I CHALLENGE you to find a BB stock trading under a nickle that did a reverse split and did not suffer a price drop immediately after (sorry, reverse mergers don't count). Perhaps it is you that does not understand what is going on. The buying time in this situation is always post-RS, and after the drop. Then you at least have the possibility of catching a bounce, or better yet, if the RS is coupled with some fundamental change in the company, you may have gotten into a nice situation at an all-time low.

Try this on for size:

Let's say you bought 100K shares at $.03 and the company does a 1:10 RS. The day of the RS, you now have 10K shares at $3. Now, because the company fundamentals are essentially the same, investors (in addition to bailing because BB investors basically HATE RSes) don't believe the company is worth $3/share, and before long, it's trading at $.625. This price, equivilent to .00625 pre-split, is IMO the best time to buy rather than now.
