Wade,
Looks like some end of Q window dressing going on and someone wants SUMX on their books before then.
If you like SUMX as a plastic play, you might want to look at RAVN. Not a pure plastic play but a nice little company trading just a fraction above their book value and throwing off a nice 4% dividend. If you like conservative run companies, you will LOVE this one.
