Rick- I would hope that they (the cable partners and @Home) are going under the "squeaky wheel theory". They have a limited amount of money and are short trained staff, it makes sense that they are going to upgrade the areas where the demand is the highest, they get a faster return on their investment. Call them and tell them you are interested, make them put your name in their computer.
They promised to have the upgrades in my area in the third quarter this year....guess what, third quarter starts tomorrow! I've called them so many times now that when I call I just say "Hi, its me again " . If you have friends and neighbors that are interested, get them to call.
