GRDN was able to get a few sales of dog vests in the Milwaukee area recently. However, they appear to be resorting to panhandling small business owners and homeowners, after official police department purchasing agents refused to buy the vests. It seems that some dog breeding group is visiting and soliciting the people to contribute toward police funding, over and above general tax levies. Small amounts of money are involved in suburbs Brown Deer, and Greenfield, Wisconsin, compared to the massive robbery orchestrated at Landmark International Equities. Why don't Ollie float another stock warrant and rob a few more people?
