That SBTK had not yet publicly commented on it is completely irrelevent. Wrongo! Pluvia was posting before SBTK knew of the suit and before they had issued a press release announcing they had received the amended lawsuit. So how did Pluvia know the suit was filed? Thousands of suits are filed everyday, I don't think he hangs out at the courthouses (except when he has to cop a plea himself!). Anybody with half a clue can see Milberg Weiss had to have tipped off Pluvia to the suit, either before it was filed or before anyone else knew it was filed. Why? Maybe so Pluvia could make those alarming posts that SBTK was on the verge of being halted, without any chance of being challenged by the company. Looks like stock manipulation to me. Are you part of the Pluvia "group"? Why will no else admit to being part of this supposed "group"? mod
