I'm just a simpleton, but could one of you hypothesize an answer to the following questions for me:

1) What is the ratio of constant-guage telecom wire to electrical wire in a typical area of development that represents the development goals of the currently underdeveloped world?

2) Are they currently delivering, or do you forsee them delivering, electric power by fiber optic cable?
