Hey TIG,
I don't know how much info you currently have on management. I just started to research the company. This is what I have found so far:

Ken Bajaj was one of Ross Perot's right hand men while he worked
at EDS. Bob Harvey worked for GM-EDS and that is how the two
of them met. After Ken left EDS he went to INET and had Bob
recruited to INET. They worked there together for four years or so
and then started APPNET in 1997. Bob Harvey is the Senior VP of
all software operations and also CEO of the Ann Arbor division.

The company is dividing the sales areas up by vertical markets, not geographically. The markets are such as: Healthcare, manufacturing, financial, retail, etc.

If I come up with additional info., I will post it here.
