Yes, I gave the site a full update of NewKidCo and they weren't particularly impressed, even though they are on the lookout for undervalued stocks with a good story. He is suspicious of all OTC stocks and therein the initial and main problem for getting this stock going.

Still playing phone tag with Richard, but he left a message saying "the quick answer to not registering the shares now is that it costs $250,000+ to do it and does influence the balance sheet, and we might choose to do it later on, but the only reason right now is cost.But clearly if we feel it's going to help us, for whatever reason, including NASDAQ,we would do that".

They are leaving for 10 days starting Friday, so hopefully I,or someone can get it touch, and get a thorough answer so we can put this question to rest.
