BIG PICTURE TECHNOLOGIES INC ("BPI-Y") - Secures Private Label and Joint Venture Agreement
Big Picture Technologies Inc is pleased to announce the company has entered into a joint development agreement with Morgan Media of Sydney, British Columbia to produce and develop an e-commerce enabled "Web site in a box", bundled with real time customer support.
The software offers everything a small to medium-sized merchant would need to develop and deliver a truly interactive, e-commerce Web site in a matter of hours. The product comes complete with templates to create a powerful, customized Web sites, automatic registration of domain names, "back end" facilities for credit card processing and full shopping cart functionality. In addition, the product will be made available with the user's choice of 6 or 12 months of exclusive hosting services. The product is the first of its kind to be marketed exclusively through the software channel.

"This is a cost effective, total solution that will put control over web site in the hands of vendors, previously forced to develop custom Web sites."
The new product, which will be released in October 1999, will be based on product specification and interface design provided by Big Picture Technologies with the Web site generation engines developed by Morgan Media.
