One last note on Bluetooth for a spell (lest we rename the thread... perhaps we'll start another thread and name it appropriately, Bluetooth), thanks to a pal in the Last Mile who reminded me of the following article: Message 9209683 Fortunately, and much to my relief, it doesn't refute anything I've stated thus far, except that it does highlight the strategy behind supporting voice through a 64 kb/s delta scheme.
