In VVUS, With 4 patents pending, worth a shot when traders are getting out to buy inty stocks. Also ceo is going on road trip in a week.. hmmm maybe I should have waited, but since he fixed his teeth, who knows. But prob would not have been able to buy in volume. In case no one knew, VVUS does have like 20 patents.. everything from watering buffalos in water logged swamps to how to make you get a woody.. And they the ceo of visx on the bod and that Ed doc from stanford as well recently. But were also kicked out of the russel small caps as their market cap was too low so that is putting pressure on it as well.
