I hate to start a rant on Capital Punishment—but we really don't use it often enough, and it has too many loopholes and delays. Call me uncivilized, call me a barbarian—but we really don't kill enough demented blood-thirsty convicts. (As always, my opinion is worth even less than my stock picks)
