Let's look at each area of Cyclopss' business:
Ozone laundry: Two areas of interest, commercial where
they have several large deals pending, and
healthcare where they have finished their scientific
validation and are now set to market to the hospital,
nursing home, and industrial laundries. Something
significant could happen here at anytime.
Chemical/Biochemical: First and foremost is SterOx. They
are in negotiations with some major regarding a
liscensing arrangement. They have a patented way of
synthesizing ethylnalated aromatics ( DEDPM ) which
is being used in experimental projects with significant
potentaial, but a year to eighteen months off before
any commercial value. they have have many other small
projects going on at all times. This division is now
profitalbe and growing.
Ster-0-Zone; Even though FDA approval is still a year and
a half off, industrial use of ozone gas sterilization
is a very real possibility. ETO has gotten too expensive
and Medical manufacturers are looking at alternative
methods. Ozone is an effective option and I would an-
ticipate something in this area this fiscal year.
Eventually this could be one of the biggest parts of
Cyclopss' business. ( FDA approval is not necessary
outside the hospital and clinic arena, it is the man-
ufacturers responsibility to guarantee sterility).

I wait with great anticipation of developments in the near future.
You saw this week how little it takes to lift the price, and with
a few significant deals, we could see 2 1/2 to 3 easily.
Stay tuned, and you will probably know when I do of something
positive.
