Don't doubt what I say for even a minute. Every deal HEC has done down in Colombia has had the same qualifications for buyouts. Not saying this is the case here, I simply do not know. But if what you say re: Ecopete not backing in (if they're broke why wouldn't they?) then 20% off the top goes to Colombia as royalty, and Harken gets 40% and the 2 Can. concerns get 20% each, why haven't the stocks reacted in a more favorable manner?

Will be interested in hearing what Peter has to say as well.
