Jeff, that wasn't my post..it was a crosspost from RB

That was from RB!!

I get in so much trouble posting these cross posts..

That was the words and opinions of Stock Grad 28, not ME I just now talked to Mark G by email.

Here, maybe this is better!!! --->

Stockgrad28 -

What this all means:

I have been watching this stock for a while and know quite a bit about it.

To answer most of your questions, the deal today is a positive one. Let me explain it better than the press release (I talked to Mark G. today from Go Call, comments with stars are derived from my conversation, but are not perfect quotes):

*They sold the hotel to diversify their asset base
-They DID NOT sell off Go Casino
*They believe that the stock prices of the two convertible holdings will appreciate and have added value over the $2,500,000.
-They will own over 16% of the Andros Hotels if they convert to stock. In a nutshell, they will own part of Margaritaville again (roughly 16%) indirectly.
*Andros Hotels and Casinos owns 14 gaming ships off of Florida
*Andros Hotels and Casinos will be considered as a licensee of Go Casino; therefore, they will realize some $$ from the casino's operation
*Andros Hotels and Casinos will allow Go Call to further permit Go Casino players free vacations under the deal, as long as there is vacancy.
*Go Call should move in part with Andros stock price (since they would have a >16% ownership in the company; their stock is up significantly today!)
-Go Call could be shareholders in AutoAuction.com if they decide to convert the debenture
*The "E" at the end of the Andros stock symbol basically means that they need to be fully reporting by July 1, 1999; however, Andros I believe that Andros has filed for an extension until July 31, 1999 and they said (when I called them, Andros) that they could be fully reporting in a little as two days.

Go Call should 'consider' converting the debentures when (my calculations):
-The stock price of ADHCE is over .14/share (which it is near today)
-The stock price of AAAC is over 6.00/share (which it currently is)

This does not mean that they will convert due to uncertainties in the stock price. Go Call may feel that the stock price needs to be higher than my figures due to these "uncertainties"

In summary, I feel this is a good deal for Go Call. I have many other things to post, but will release a little at a time. I will release a personal financial website in a few weeks that will have detailed price projections of Go Call and more of my detailed research and analysis. This company is my favorite pick for the next few years.
