Frederick,

I thought the same way until I left Fastquote up and just watched the action and size of typical trades all day. I am now coming to believe it is a lot of individuals coming at PNLK as a daytrade. My favorite broker this afternoon said to expect this action, this fluctuation until PNLK can hit $5.00 and stay above it.
