I just spoke with an acquaintance who knows TCT well. He maintains that the current price plunge is very likely nervousness about the interest payment and whether or not the company has the cash to meet it. He doesn't think there is any material change in the company or its operation. I have left another voice mail for Cameron as well as sending him an e-mail message. I'll post any information I get.
