I think it may actually be one of 2000 companies in the Russell 2000. This index is based solely on market cap. Most index funds rebalance their portfolios toward the close today June 30 for the annual index reconfiguration.

Russell 2000 market cap approximately $200 Million to approx. $1.48 Billion.

This may have provided artificial support for CUST over the last several days and esp today in the PM.
