I agree. That is EXACTLY what I said in my post #163...

- The share situation is also VERY interesting. There are 5.3 million shares outstanding and there are Preferred Shares that could be converted to about 6.5 million common shares, so the Fully Diluted Total Shares Outstanding would be about 11.8 million.
According to the SEC 10K filing of Mar 31, 1999, John Pappajohn (a
Preferred Shareholder) also holds about 34.5% of the common stock.
