true to all IBD's rankings they are the best to me. there is no equal. it is too bad they aren't made available in electronic form. None of the vendors offer their power.

But to a degree it is relative, as we seek strong RS and EPS stocks for long candidates, any attempt is better than value or bottom fishing.
