Thanks for the info, Joe..
I understand that the company wants to raise the share value before they execute the 20-1 reverse split , which is good
But I also know they are trying to raise more $$ , and this (in my humble opinion) will further dilute the shares, not good.
I do think ,though, that they will succeed in doing both and then execute the split .
Inthe next couple of days, I will call the IR but my true intentions are to get someone here on a public forum to answer questions for everyone...It looks like you've already initiated it.
