Interesting discussion here on cost of sales. A few thoughts:

The real issue is will TSIG capture enough working capital to get the company through the next four months. Cost of sales is a part, but not all of it.

The good news and the bad news are the same - the company is launching a number of high profile partnership programs within a very small window. During the initial enthusiasm associated with the launch, its not unusual for marketing costs to go over budget. A small company with limited resources faces major challenges in meeting launch date targets, especially with multiple concurrent projects underway.

My instincts tell me that marketing the MusicCard through legions of fund raising volunteers is not going to be as easy as some people think. Most of the contributors to this thread have been absorbing the MusicCard concept for a year or longer. Compare that to the majority of people who lose focus after 5 or 10 seconds if the concept doesn't make sense to them. I believe this concept will require the creation and distribution of above average collateral materials to make it easier for the person(s) selling it. That costs time and money.

If you are interested in making income projections for this startup company, be realistic (higher)on marketing costs. I don't agree with everything that Zeev posts, but he is probably the closest to the final numbers.

If some of you disagree, that's OK. Please remember I am long, and have a lot of shares with an average cps of 11.8 cents. Go TSIG.
