RB,

I feel for you man. I hope you have financial resources outside of your OBJS stock as it looks VERY bad. At this rate, the company will shut down by December. I just don't understand how you can have such a high selling expense for a product like this, also why is the cost of sale so high? It is almost like they are a manufacturing company. If you look at their burn rate, and cash plus A/R less short term liabilities less the loan they have operating capital of $2,461K. Even one more quarter like this one and their operating capital will be about zero.....this also assumes they will collect all of that A/R....additionally, I am not even going to begin to point out the games they are playing by having capitalized software expenses....

Good luck. A breakeven Q1 is imperative now. No more net losses can be tolerated. You can't tell me there is no fat to be cut in the SG&A. I know of one ex-CFO that as of a month ago was still around in some created VP position. Their G&A staff should look something like this:
CFO
Controller
Two Clerks
One Admin

That is it. They might even think about shedding the CFO. At this point you need to go barebones.

Maketing. F-that. Let Goda carry that. All sales staff should be evaluated for if they are carrying a book of business or supporting a book of business that at a minimum pays for themselves...otherwise, goodbye. Severance packages? No that is for companies with resources. An apology and maybe some worthless stock is all that can be offered and maybe continuation of health benefits for some period of time maybe....

Poor R&D $660K for one quarter? What is that 8 guys and a Server? Poor M-Fers. Stay out of their way.

This is just BRUTAL. I feel like a freight train hit me and I don't even own any stock anymore....well maybe when it hits a nickel I will pick up a few thousand shares as the IP is worth something. Please tell me they have begun negotiations with IBM to sell this turd. Surely the IP and the customer base would be worth something to IBM. If anything to help protect the ST market. Otherwise you are going to have some unhappy IT guys when a ST company fails and yet more fuel for the anti-ST camp to use when they want to illustrate why you shouldn't do a project in ST....

Although, I DID warn everybody on Yahoo.....there was ZERO indication for optimism yet everyone hyped eachother into believing these guys were going to kick ass.....I bet MSFT is scared now...
