Pat,

This is one of the items voted on at the shareholder meeting. It basically is a funding conduit for the Employee Benefit plan - if the shares are actually issued and awarded (over the next five years, with ten years vesting). This DOES NOT mean that the shares WILL be issued.

Anyway, did you see the GEMS announcement? I am all but certain that VARL will see the component portion of the order. This type of component sells for ~$12 to ~$14 a pop. Very high margin stuff!
