The SEC Laywer has the SB2 and is tweaking it, so I am only guessing that we should be able to file it within the next 1 to 3 weeks... the thing is this is hitting me when I am in a scheduling crunch, so I may be the cause of the delay if the filing isnt sitting on my desk by around the 6th or 7th. I am still waiting on instructions from Daniel on what to do with AHCD. We and AHCD are getting the chance to participate in a pilot project of a new stock trading/exchange program that will be announced so the sooner I have a definetive answer the sooner we can get moving ahead with AHCD. At the moment I really dont know what to answer for the date AHCD begins trading. KAA
