Fun with numbers II.
Just for fun, let's look at a year's worth of stuff.
Lanier..say $10 mill @ 30%==$3 mill net
Intel+ 1 OEM..say 500,000 units at $15 each net==$7.5 mill
Lucent+ 1 OEM..say 500,000 units at $15 each net==$7.5 mill
??other??....say 500,000 units at $15 each net==$7.5 mill
------------------------------
total==$25.5 mill /120 mill shares (ficticious)= 21.125 cents
times 20 p/e ==$4.25...what? p/e not high enough..okay..
30 p/e == $6.33....what? you want an internut p/e..oh that's stretching it...okay, how about 75 as a compromise?....no way, that's
almost $16..is the future that bright..time will tell.
Of course if you add more OEMs or more customers or higher unit sales, or higher margin, or lower this and that, you'll get different results.
What about SG&A?? Overhead??Oh, maybe only 24 employees and a small office aren't such a liability after all..17 you say? 18?..need a few more for support, won't we?
Source of numbers?...Made 'em up...of course. Just havin' fun.
Will it turn out this way? Who knows? Do your own DD..better that way.
Best, Savant
