I bought a Compaq workstation through uBid and after the auction was completed I got an e-mail from them saying I was a winner. It mentioned a third-party vendor but did not give their telephone or address. I am still waiting for the merchandise. uBid's web site does not seem to give a phone number for them either. Is this the way it works?
