Neal let me see you have 11 years (age 29) of inv. exp. in mutual funds, intel and annuities - from your profile. Hmmmm, let me see...... Do you know by any chance what annuity is? Do you know how it works? Do you know how to price it? Or was it ask your friendly insurance agent for advice? All you are is a young (not even young at that) jerk with bad habits.
