Sometimes the U-Bid gives that info, sometimes they don't. Just because they don't, does not mean anything is wrong. U-Bid sells a lot of stuff on consignment from other companies and has no control over it's shipping date. The 20 in monitor I bought took almost 1 1/2 weeks to ship from the time I placed the winning bid. I have had small items arrive at my door the day after I placed a winning bid. Try going to My Page on the U-Bid web sight. It will give you some info about your order. Sometimes they will have a shipping date and a UPS tracking number.
