I kind of ......................................................... Doubt that "any" Company Principal would ever issue more shares than they would be "aware" of, but I'm sure many "Corporate Principals" have issued "many" more shares than their "Loyal shareholders" would be aware of, especially if said Company was "NOT" a "reporting" Company. Interesting query though! "BULLY"!
