Received the proxy info today on the special meeting for July 14th.

Something is not good here. Changing the name. Okay. 5 common shares for 1 class A and 1 Class B if this is true we got another reverse split.

In the descriptions is speaks to 0.5 shares for 1class A and 0.5 for 1 class B that works out to one for one. On the proxy voting form and the rest of the descriptions is speaks to 5 common for 1a and 1b.

Better take a good look. It is misleading at this point and I read a reverse into it.
