Doug, the $89 is indeed the GTE quote + ISP charge. My phone com is GTE, and I curse them everyday that I have to use my slow 28K line. Even 56K connection is not possible (max=38K). The $40/mo rate only applies if you live within 10K feet of the repeater, and you got the 64K/256K connection. Beyond that, SDSL-144K is required, and they charge you double. Thanks for your help, anyway. //TT
