Hi Mehitabel, et al!

I'm a networking consultant specializing in network management and I am currently installing/customizing the Concord product at a client's site.

So far I am very impressed with what I've seen. Its an excellent product, I a technical background in this type of software and can appreciate the quality of the work they have done.

I've attended some training classes at their facility in Marlboro MA headquarters and talked to many of their employees (the class was full of new hires all getting training). I liked the story and environment I saw at the company. I have also dealt with their technical support staff and again, they're top-notch.

The last straw was the stock price - its a bargain. After that I became shareholder. I agree with others who have said this is one of those great story companies that just hasnt gotten enough wall street coverage.

The market that Concord is in is going to continue to grow for a long time and their product is evolving right where it needs to be.

I'm not familiar with Micromuse's products but I just checked out their web site and their product does not look like it competes directly with NetHealth.

Concord looks like an excellent long-term portfolio holding to me, I wouldnt be surprised if some other larger company tries to buy them out at some point , although they support many vendors so something like a Cisco buyout wouldnt make that much sense.

Just like the old Remington shaver commercial - I liked the product so much I bought (part of) the company!
