Roger- Your investment strategy of "all GNET all the time" is looking better and better! As for bragging to the spouse I had to bite my lip a few times at dinner tonight. Bragging to anybody, except to each other here on the thread, is definately not a good idea.
BTW did everyone else read the article front page today in the WSJ about the guy who was a long term holder of MSFT? Great story, it supports what I'm always telling people about how hard it is a hold on to a really big winning stock. People can hold onto a losing stock position for ten years trying to get "even". But they always want to sell their winners too soon. And even if they want to hold....their mother or their spouse or their investment advisor is there saying sell sell sell like a mantra.
In the article the guy did sell a few times and he bought back in at a higher price and then he did sell a few shares to buy stuff. His stake was 1.2 million....but if he had simply held that first hundred shares, he'd have 3.2 million. Its a funny read. Try to remember it in the years ahead when you are tempted to cash in your GNET.
