Ok then ... will the judgement in case, of a win which proves that the posts by the posters we fabricated, be enough to even cover the cost of the lidigation (Legal Expenses)? Does the individuals have anything worth suing for that makes it worth while to justify this action? Once they get the judgement can they even collect? Does Janice and them have deep pockets or something?

Am I missing something here? Please remember the company will have to prove maulious intent also I believe? And if they made profit off their posting negatives?

Question: How is it going to look if they lose? You can;t sue someone for their opinion unless the underlying basis is a deliberate intent which establishes a motive?

I could be wrong ...
