Hi Michel,

Yorkton did not dump 3,000,000 shares. It was a private placement. They had fixed a price before and the price jumped. Those who had orders in got some cheap stock. On the bright side Captech as a couple million extra dollars to advance the project. I got a prospectus from the company. In the information there was a 47 year old man (Jan Peeters) who made 25 million dollars in Fonorola. He thinks this area is a good area to be in. That is the way he is headed.
