Hi Clint, I am not sure about the price wars but... about 1 1/2 to 2 years ago we had fun switching between Sprint, MCI and AT&T with cash rebates etc. Anyway to make the long story short.... MCI just called us yesterday and gave a wonderful package which includes calling plan (regional toll call, long distance and international calling), cash rebate etc. Now we just have to wait for a month or so to see if others start calling us. Actually if their capacity is under utilized they are getting us for peanuts... not bad! But what does this mean to telecom equipment suppliers ? Later, Suresh
