GOCA got rid of its hotel and aquired a 16% ownership in the company who bought it.... They now own 16% of the companies stock and will see revenue with margaritaville casino. This casino is like a franchise of GO Casino. So, GOCA will make a percentage of the revenue. I am in the process of getting more specs on it. Good move and look for more good news to come out. GOCA will still be allowed to give out the free stay at the hotel as long as there are vacancy's. Resch P.S They did not sell GOCasino. Just the rights to their software and money system (like a franchise)
