PLCO shows profit in fiscal 1999! From the NT 10-K (Notice of late filing) "In response to Part IV(3), the registrant wishes to advise that whereas for the fiscal year ended March 31, 1998 the Company incurred a $2,054,470 net loss, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 1999, the Company expects to show a modest net income."
