I had a long rant worked out, but I deleted it. I have done more due diligence, and I am still not pleased with this turn of events. There is arrogance in this pricing. Still. Paying up for quality is a crock. It will be priced above Iridium in some situations. There goes the vaunted advantage. That would be a sin. I am hoping that pressure from the likes of us will open some eyes. Make calls everyone. Raise hell. It is not as bad as I thought, but still seriously wrong. Stumbling out of the gate delays cash flows, which squeezes G*, which leads us down an Iridium path. My God, the blueprint of what NOT to do is right before our eyes. DO NOT BE ARROGANT WITH YOUR PRICING--DO NOT ASSUME QUALITY OF COVERAGE OR QUALITY OF VOICE WILL BE WORTH A PREMIUM--DO NOT BUILD IT ASSUMING THEY WILL COME!!!
