Lakers,

I spoke with someone, probably not an AGISS employee anymore, Tuesday morning. Basically, the company is winding <sp?> down. You make the judgement call on that statement. PM me if you need a phone number. I called as a favor for someone else who has some shares.

Without calling the company, I still would say "Sell" since the AGISS probably needs money. If they failed to get money for AGISS software then it is doubtful they can get it for the AGISS especially after filing for bankruptcy on AGISS software. Good luck on whatever you decide.
