I read the same article and was dismayed to find NO MENTION of Novell. How could The Economist do a comprehensive survey on this subject without bringing in Novell and NDS?!!!!

This is a disappointing PR problem in that they seemingly don't have the right channels set up with the major media. Granted, Novell did not advertise in this section....and I wonder why. They have been faithful advertisers in the most recent past. ( And don't let anyone tell you that there is a firewall between advertising and editorial. Baloney!)

I have been an Economist faithful for over 20 years, but I'm beginning to wonder about their reporting perspective. Maybe too hidebound?
