I don't know of any big orders, but I did hear of an expansion buy of 3 systems recently. I'm sure that they are probably picking up several of these such buys, but that's not the real problem. I think that they are losing some of these "expansions" to competitors. Also in those companies that are just now moving to CMP technology nodes, they don't seem to be the front runner. Time will tell. BTW I think it is a reach to expect that KLAC would want to acquire them. Novellus maybe, but only for firesale type prices. Best bet for shareholders is that these guy develop and execute a solid product strategy. It won't be easy, but it never is in this business
