Peter -- Where would you hear such a rumor? Or a rumor of a rumor, as the case may be?

The only thing I've noticed was speculation that RATL was coming out of the Russell 2000 soon, and heading into the Russell 1000. I can't find any information of the transition though, or even whether it's actually pending.
