I don't think you get it. Wit is different then any other broker you cited, not even remotely similar. Merrill, MSDW, PW etc. are not a threat to Wit in the on-line investment banking business.

??? Oh I get it, you aren't looking into the future. If those other brokers offer the same services that Wit offers (which they probably will in 2-4 years), how can you conclude that they are not a threat to Wit? Once Merrill offers everything Wit offers (and Merrill will, they aren't stupid), what will Wit's competitive advantage be?
