I suspect that FRO will succumb to pressure of the higher offer from QWST. GLBX will then have to pony up, and compete primarily on price, if they want FRO. Alternatively, GLBX could walk from both FRO and USW and take $1 billion+ of break-up fees. This latter alternative may not be a bad idea for GLBX, and they can use that cash to focus on less expensive acquisitions. Comments.

As a FRO holder, I therefore expect that with a current price of $59, the downside risk is nominal, while there should be a minimum of a few more points for those who are looking to bail. Both QWST and GLBX are great companies.
