I noticed one 500,000 share lot traded today. Somebody, i.e. mutual fund I guess, must be buying. Other than the volume, do you have any other info that makes you suspect a restructuring or buy-out is in the works? I think I would sell at 8 also. I think there are better places to put money to work. I'm probably a fool, but I'm getting interested in certain techs, particularly the semis like Cyrix (CYRX). I was reading the postings on their thread today and there was one from Bill Berger, who I took to be "the" Berger of Berger Funds. He was quite positive about the stock. I'll take a look at AMES too.
